A Classic homebuilt, the Mustang II is also an all-metal, modern, fun, sporty looking and efficient cross-country airplane.

 

 

 

 

C-GFRH is a modified, refined example of the Mustang II, sporting useful bells and whistles.  It first flew in 1998.  It stalls 62 mph and cruises 140 – 167 mph. It easily obtains a fuel economy of 20 mpg @ 145 mph. With an empty weight of 1065 lb. and a gross weight of 1600 lb. it carries 545 lbs.
